Georgi Marinov is the Chairman of the Board of Sirma Group Holding, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of EngView Systems, and a Board member of Sirma Business Consulting and Pirina Technologies.

Georgi has been working for Sirma since its establishment in 1992. Throughout the years, he held various roles and positions within the company – software engineer, quality assurance, team lead, project manager, marketing and sales manager, and business development manager. He has been serving as CEO of EngView Systems since 2003.

Tsvetan Alexiev is the Chief Executive Officer of Sirma Group Holding, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Sirma Solutions, Chairman of the Board of Sirma Business Consulting, and a member of the Board of Directors of Ontotext,Daticum, and Panaton Software.

Tsvetan joined Sirma as a software engineer in 1993. Throughout the years, he held various positions within the company – team lead, project manager, group manager, head of division. He has a leading position in the establishment of Sirma Solutions, Sirma Media, Sirma Business Consulting, Daticum and the acquisition ofSirma ITT.

Tsvetan initiated the restructuring of Sirma into a holding organization and the refocusing from pure software service-oriented company into a holding corporation, which manages investments in various businesses within the group, incubates and creates new businesses, attracts investments and acquires new companies.

Tsvetomir Doskov is Chief Executive Officer of Sirma Business Consulting (SirmaBC) and a member of the Management Board of Sirma Group Holding.

Tsvetomir has a major contribution to transforming SirmaBC into a leading provider of software solutions for the Banking Industry. He has exceptional experience in designing, developing and implementing strategic plans for financial institutions.

Prior to SirmaBC, Tsvetomir worked in some of the largest Bulgarian banks, including Allianz, UniCredit Bulbank, HVB Bank Biochim, Hebros Bank, and Bulgarian National Bank at various management positions, including Head of Operations, Head of Internal Audit Department, and Chief Inspector.

Velko Todorov is managing director in Sirma Business Consulting (SirmaBC) and a member of the Board of Directors.

Velko’s is overseeing implementation projects and participating with the different teams in providing end-to-end customer solutions in the financial industry. He has a host of experience in managing projects and delivering solutions.

Velko has been with SirmaBC since its inception, bringing in 15+ years of professional experience in financial and consulting services working for companies such as SAP, Polaroid, Hebros Bank.

Veselina Stoycheva is Head of Methodology and Reporting division of Sirma Business Consulting (SirmaBC) and member of SirmaBC Board of Directors.

Veselina’s major contribution and direct responsibility is organization of business models and processes in the banking sector and the implementation of complete solutions in the information service and accountability in the banking sector.
She has exceptional experience in the design and implementation of financial and reporting technologies.

Prior to SirmaBC, Veselina has gained 25+ years of professional experience in the financial and accounting sphere working for Hebros Bank and for Bulgartabac subsidiary "Plovdiv - Yurii Gagarin - BT" at various management positions, including Chief accountant, Head of Financial Division, Chief expert "Methodology and Accountability", Head of HR Department.
